Quotes are estimates, based on the information provided by our customers during phone consultations. We reserve the right to adjust a quote once we are onsite and have assessed the actual move.
Truck rental is an additional charge, anything over a 30-mile roundtrip will be charged additional mileage.
Moves that require navigating stairs, restricted access, special parking, or modifications to furniture will incur additional charges.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by disconnecting appliances or dismantling furniture requested by customer.
Specialty items such as safes, firearms, pianos, deep freezers, antiques, jewelry, art/paintings etc. will not be packaged or moved. Such items must be disclosed and requests for these items to be moved or packaged will incur additional charges and additional insurance must be purchased by the customer. (We reserve the right to exclude items as needed due to liability issues)
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a move due to hazardous weather conditions.
A deposit is required to hold your move/reservation date. Moves must be canceled 48 hours in advance or you forfeit your deposit.
PAYMENT IS DUE when moving services are performed. We reserve the right to hold items of equal or more value until payment is made.
We accept cash or credit cards with an additional 3% processing fee.
